?ZDS61 – A 28 y.o, male, LSI from purok 3, Upper Sicpao, Sominot, ZDS. Arrived from Salambong, Quezon City via Cebu Pacific, flight # 5J711last August 25, 2020. RDT result: IgM reactive. Naso/ oropharyngeal swab performed on the same day. Result came in today: POSITIVE for SARS- COV- 2. Currently, the individual is still at the Municipal Isolation Unit, asymptomatic.
