ZDS 1039 – A 49 y.o. female, from Purok 3, Poblacion, Mahayag, ZDS. Symptomatic. Rapid Antigen Test taken today December 13, 2020 as outpatient. Result: Positive and declared as COVID-19 Confirmed Positive. Currently admitted in the Covid isolation unit of a private hospital. Contact tracing by our local health authorities is on-going.
