ZDS 389 – An 11 y.o female, from Purok Nangka, Tuburan Dist., Pagadian City. A close contact of ZDS 211. Symptomatic. Naso/oropharyngeal swab taken last October 29, 2020. Result: Positive for SARS-COV-2. Currently isolated in a COVID isolation unit. Contact tracing by our local health authorities is on-going.
