XEROX MACHINE OPERATOR, CONSTRUCTION WORKER AND FISH DELIVERY ARRESTED FOR DRINKING LIQUOR IN PUBLIC
Police operatives apprehended 3 suspects for Disobedience of an Agent of Person in Authority in Relation of EO 32 (Prohibition of Drinking in Public Place) of Surigao City Series of 2020 and RA 11332.
At 11:15AM today June 27, 2020, personnel of this office PSSg Mark Vincent B Dayondon and PSSg Jonathan T Rubillos brought the arrested suspects identified as Raymond Garcia Declaro 34 years old, male, married, Xerox machine operator and a resident of Sarvida St. Brgy. Taft, Surigao City; Aranti Emti Taganahan, 43 years old, married, construction worker and a resident of Sitio Looc, Purok 1 Brgy. Luna Surigao City and Alipio Oliveros Curay, 56 years old, male, married, fish delivery, and a resident of Espina St. Purok Gumamela, Brgy. Taft, Surigao City for Disobedience of an Agent of Person in Authority, in Relation to EO 32 (Prohibition of Drinking in Public Place) of Surigao City Series of 2020 and RA 11332 Sec. 9 par (e) (Non-cooperation of the person or entities identified as having the notifiable disease, or affected by the health event of public concern), that transpired on June 27, 2020, around 11:10 AM (time arrested) in Sarvida St., Brgy. Taft, Surigao City.
Police reported that at 10:55 AM, beat patrollers PSSg Dayondon and PSSg Rubillos received a mobile call from duty QSL and informing them through concerned citizen that there was a group of individuals having drinking spree in public place. They immediately proceeded to the area and spotted the suspects having drinking spree along the street which resulted to their arrest. (SCPNP | RPN DXKS)
