Police personnel of Pagadian City Police Station led by PCPT. Harry R. Velez conducted law enforcement operation against wanted person at City Hall Complex, Gatas, Pagadian City at about 10:00 AM of November 11, 2020. This resulted in the arrest of Loida Beniga Aquino, 44 years old, female, married, and a resident of Purok Makabibihag II, Brgy. Santa Lucia, Pagadian City.
This is by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for the Crime of Cyber-Libel, docketed under Criminal Case No. 45976, issued by Presiding Judge, Regional Trial Court, Ninth Judicial Region, Branch 12, Zamboanga City dated October 23, 2020 with a recommended bail bond of ₱ 48, 000.00.
