Police operatives of CIDG Zamboanga Sibugay together with 2nd Zamboanga Sibugay Province Provincial Mobile Force Company, PNP Highway Patrol Team, PNP Maritime Group and Alicia Municipal Police Station conducted law enforcement operation against wanted person at Purok Reservoir, Brgy. Don Andres, Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay at about 12:40 PM of November 11, 2020. The operation resulted in the arrest of Apolinario Suan Madaje, 54 years old, male, married, and a resident of Purok Bombil, Brgy. Dawa-Dawa, Alicia, Zamboanga Sibugay.
He was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for the Crime of Rape (4 counts) docketed under Criminal Case No. IM-20-2057, IM-20-2058, IM-20-2059 and IM-20-2060, issued by Presiding Judge, RTC, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 31, Imelda, Zamboanga Sibugay, dated June 24, 2020 with no recommended bail bond.
He is now under the temporary custody of CIDG for proper disposition.
