Camp Col Rafael C Rodriguez, Butuan City – A wanted person who is charged for attempted homicide was arrested by personnel of Bayugan City Police Station last Tuesday (June 22) in Bayugan City.
Regional Director of Police Regional Office 13 POLICE BRIGADIER GENERAL ROMEO M. CARAMAT JR. stated that Bayugan City Police Station tracked down Julito Magsinay Mahinay, 54 years old, married, farmer, and a resident of P-4, Barangay Calaitan, Bayugan City, Agusan del Sur.
Mahinay was caught in Purok 4, Barangay Calaitan , Bayugan City. He was arrested through alias warrant of arrest for the crime of Attempted Homicide under Criminal Case Number 9899-21-F-35 with bail bond recommended to ₱ 15,000.
Investigation revealed that the crime was committed last April 26, 2021 where Mahinay attempted to kill Teddy B. Diagoso by hacking.
