PNP personnel from 1st Zamboanga Del Sur-Provincial Mobile Force Company and Josefina Municipal Police Station conducted joint law enforcement operation against wanted person at Purok Gemelina, Barangay Upper Bag-Ong Tudela, Josefina, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 3:00 PM of August 14, 2020. The operation resulted to the arrest of Roy Macan Antipolo, 30 years old, male, single, and a resident of aforementioned place.
He was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest for the Crime of Frustrated Murder, docketed under Criminal Case Number 2020-10-4079, dated August 6, 2020 issued by Hon. Joel G. Vercide, Presiding Judge, Regional Trial Court, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 23, Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur with recommended bail bond of Php 200, 000.00 for his temporary liberty.
The arrested wanted person is now under the temporary custody of Josefina MPS for commitment to court.(PCPT. Edwin A. Duco Chief, Public Information Officer)
