In view of the recent developments, Gov. Francisco “Lalo” Matugas issued Fifth Supplement to EO No. 20-054, s. 2020 providing, among others, for the extension of validity of Negative Result on Antigen Test for the period of thirty (30) days or one month for all Surigao del Norte residents, who will be going to Siargao.
