Updates on Electric Bills Payment
(As of April 27, 2020)
To our valued Member-Consumer-Owners (MCO):
Here are some updates and changes in relation to our electric billing and its payment, as follows:
(1) “Pantawid Liwanag Program”; and
(2) “Four (4) Equal Monthly Installments, Payable in Four (4) Succeeding Billing Months”
The implementation of these schemes or initiatives are in compliance to the mandates of our regulatory agencies such as Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) and National Electrification Administration (NEA) in response to the crisis brought by the COVID-19 pandemic.
