Ang atong ZANECO Institutional Services Department Manager, si Chochi Quizo, nakadawat niadtong milabayng Nobyembre 23 ug advanced copy sa desisyon sa complaint nga gipasaka ni Quizo batok sa overstaying nga ZANECO Board president nga si Uhlan Galanido Calasang didto sa National Electrification Administration Board of Administrators.
Ang dispositive portion sa maong desisyon nagkanayon:
“… upon the recommendation of the NEA Administrative Committee, judgment is rendered finding Respondent UHLAN G. CALASANG guilty of GRAVE MISCONDUCT IN FAILING TO DISCLOSE THAT HIS SPOUSE IS A PUBLIC OFFICER and meted the penalty of REMOVAL as Member of the Board of Directors of the Zamboanga del Norte Electric Cooperative, Inc. (ZANECO).”
Miingon usab ang NEA Board of Administrators sa ilang desisyon nga: “Ultimately, these acts of the (Uhlan Calasang) are indicia of corruption on his part as he kept on receiving the aforesaid emoluments despite knowledge of the fact that he is not entitled to receive them.”
Kining nahitabo ni Calasang magsilbi unta nga usa ka ehemplo ug kusog nga pahimagno ngadto sa mga gustong modagan pagka-director sa ZANECO nga dili gyud mamakak sa bisan unsa nga aspeto sa ilang paglansar ug pagserbisyo sa atong kooperatiba.
