A 20-year old man listed as Top-8 Most Wanted Person of Zamboanga City Police Station 1 was arrested by combined operatives of Zamboanga City Police Station 7, Zamboanga City Police Station 1 and 903rd Company of Regional Mobile Force Battalion 9 (RMFB9) during the law enforcement operation against wanted person at Sitio Migasa, Brgy. Upper Capisan, Zamboanga City at 7:10 PM of November 30, 2020.
Arrested was identified as Darren Lacastesantos Rivero, Top-8 Most Wanted Person of Zamboanga City Police Station 1, 20 years old, male, single and a resident of Sitio Migasa, Brgy. Upper Capisan, Zamboanga City.
He was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest for violation of section 5 (b) of R.A. 7610 (child abuse), docketed under Criminal Case No. 42875, issued and signed by Presiding Judge Hon. Peter V. Eisma, Branch 15, RTC, 9th Judicial Region, Zamboanga City dated October 28, 2019 with a recommended bail bond of ₱ 180,000.00.
He is now under the temporary custody of said police station for proper disposition.
