A 54-year old man who was wanted for the crime of murder was arrested by operatives of Lapuyan Municipal Police Station (MPS) led by Police Lieutenant Victor J. Tabunda conducted law enforcement operation against wanted person at Purok Datu Lumok, Brgy. Poblacion, Lapuyan, Zamboanga Del Sur at 3:00 PM of November 30, 2020.
Arrested was identified as Lody Bucoy Digan, 54 years old, male, driver, widow, and a resident of Purok Masal, Brgy. Poblacion, Lapuyan, Zamboanga Del Sur.
He was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for the Crime of Murder docketed under Criminal Case No. 2020-104, issued by Presiding Judge of RTC Branch 29, San Miguel, Zamboanga Del Sur dated October 5, 2020 with no recommended bail bond.
He is now under the temporary custody of Lapuyan MPS for proper disposition.
