Police operatives of Polanco Municipal Police Station in coordination with Paranaque City Police Station conducted law enforcement operation against wanted person at Roligon, Paranaque City at about 9:30 AM of November 28, 2020.
This resulted to the arrest of Mostiolo Lacay Megio, 54 years old, male, married, jobless, elementary graduate and a resident of Brgy. Poblacion South, Polanco, Zamboanga Del Norte, listed as Top 4 Most Wanted Person.
He was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for the Crime of Rape in relation to RA 7610 (3 counts) docketed under Criminal Case Nos. 18831, 18832 &18833 issued by Presiding Judge Rogelio D. Lacaya of RTC Ninth Judicial Region, Branch 7 Dipolog City dated April 16, 2014, with no bail bond recommended.
The arrested accused is now under the temporary custody of Polanco MPS personnel for commitment to court. (PCpt. Edwin A. Duco, Chief Public Information Officer)
