Police operatives of Zamboanga City Police Station 4 led by PMAJ Chester N. Natividad conducted drug buy-bust operation at Purok 1, Brgy. Sangali, Zamboanga City at 3:30 PM of October 30, 2020. The operation resulted in the arrest of Jack Musa Ahari, 38 years old, male, married, jobless, elementary level, and a resident of Brgy. Talabaan, Zamboanga City, Di Watch listed.
Confiscated items during the operation were nine sachets of suspected shabu with estimated DDB value of ₱ 15,000.00 weighing 2 grams and two pieces of ₱ 100.00 bills (₱ 200.00) as marked money.
Confiscated items were brought to Crime Lab Office for laboratory examination while arrested suspect is now under the temporary custody of said police station for proper disposition.
Further, arrested suspect has a standing Warrant of Arrest for the Crime Of Carnapping defined and penalized under Section 14 of RA 6539 known as the Anti-Carnapping Act of 1972 as amended by RA 7659, issued by Hon. Judge Gregorio Delapeña, RTC Branch 12, 9th Judicial Region of Zamboanga City docketed under Criminal Case No. 27236 with no recommended bail bond.
He is the Top-4 Most Wanted Person in Zamboanga City Police Station 5.
