A drug suspect listed as high value individual was arrested by police personnel of Polanco Municipal Police Station (MPS) led by PMAJ. Nestor M. Gania Jr. in a drug buy bust operation at Purok Mahogany, Brgy. De Venta Perla, Polanco, Zamboanga Del Norte at 5:16 PM of October 30, 2020. Arrested was identified as Joey Tayong Villar, male, 34 years old, and a resident of Poblacion South, Polanco, Zamboanga Del Norte, DI watch listed, Level 3-HVI.
Confiscated items during the operation were 11 sachets of suspected shabu with estimated weight of 3 grams and market value of ₱ 5,500.00 and two pieces of ₱ 500.00 bills (₱ 1,000.00) as marked money.
Confiscated items were brought to Crime Lab Office for laboratory examination, while arrested suspect is now under the temporary custody of Polanco MPS for proper disposition.
