Davao de Oro: Ranked as Top 20’s Most Wanted Person (Provincial level) was arrested in a well conducted operation of Mabini MPS operatives at about 7:00AM of April 2, 2020 in Prk 8, CandinuyanBrgy Golden Valley Mabini Davao de Oro.
Armed with Warrant of Arrest, operatives of Mabini MPS together with operatives from RID 11, PID 11 and 2nd DDOPMFC traveled to the mountainous place of special Barangay of Golden Valley specifically at Prk 8, Candinuyanand successfully apprehended the suspect who was in hiding for almost six (6) years.
Suspect identified as one Ariel LapyotMaignos, 32 years old, married, and a resident of above mentioned address who was arrested by virtue of the Warrant of Arrest issued by Hon. Dorothy P. Montejo-Gonzaga, Regional Trial Court, Branch 3, 11th Judicial Region, Nabunturan, Davao de Oro Province for Rape with cc# FC-2379-2014 issued on December 10, 2014 with NO BAIL RECOMMENDED.
