Elements of Surigao City Police Station, Subpoena/Warrant Section led by PLT VICENTE B ALSONG with the supervision of the Chief of Police PLTCOL CHRISTIAN L RAFOLS II arrested three wanted persons in separate manhunt operations for the implementation of Simultaneous Anti-Criminality Law Enforcement Operations today, February 26, 2021.
Police serve warrant of arrest to Isidrita G Cuabo, 58 yrs old in P-4, Brgy Canlanipa, Surigao City for the crime Viol. of RA 7610 (Anti Child Abuse Law) docketed under Criminal Case No. 15287, issued by RTC Br. 32, Surigao City, dated February 24, 2021 with recommended bail bond of Php 80,000.00. Cuabo was arrested through the implementation of COPLAN “rity”.
On 11:45am, police officers arrested Emelda B Diaz, 54 yrs old in P-1, Brgy Lipata, Surigao City charged for Viol. of RA 7610 (Anti Child Abuse Law) docketed under Criminal Case No. 15289, issued by RTC Br. 30, Surigao City, dated February 24, 2021. With recommended bail bond of Php80,000.00. Diaz was arrested through the implementation of COPLAN “melda”.
Another apprehension of person with warrant of arrest around 1:45pm identified as Roche C Geotina, 37 yrs old in P-9, Brgy San Juan, Surigao City charged for Viol. of Sec 10(a) of RA 7610 (Anti Child Abuse Law) docketed under Criminal Case No. 15237, issued by RTC Br. 30, Surigao City, dated February 24, 2021. With recommended bail bond of Php80,000.00. Geotina was arrested through the implementation of COPLAN “Onyok”.
Arrested persons are now under custody of this station pending for the issuance of commitment order from the issuing courts.
