The stranded Surigaonon students were successfully fetched and has arrived in Surigao del Norte through the Balik Caraga for Stranded Mindanao State Universities (MSU) Students Program of the LTFRB Caraga through regional director Maria Kristina Cassion, in coordination with local government units (LGUs) in the province of Surigao del Norte, national government agencies (NGAs), and private sector.
The said program intends to coordinate the safe return of students, who were stranded in their campuses, apartments, and dormitories, to their respective hometowns and provinces.
