Personnel from Surigao City Police Station Subpoena/Warrant Section led by PEMS Jan Andro E Cagas arrested the President of Payawan Dos Urban Poor Homeowners Association Ramil Resare Suhian, 54 years old, married, self-employed, male, Filipino, and a resident of Km. 2, Payawan 2, Brgy Luna, Surigao City by Virtue of Warrant of Arrest charged for Violation of Sec. 27 of RA 7279 (Professional Squatting) docketed under Criminal Case No. 23-20485, issued by Hon. Eden Crispy Blanco Lasala-Caballes, Presiding Judge of MTCC Branch 1, Surigao City.
The warrant was issued last August 29, 2023 and on the following day August 30, 2023 at around 8:56 am, Suhian was arrested in Km. 2, Payawan 2, Brgy. Luna, Surigao City.
Police Executive Master Seargent Jeanil T. Saraus said the accused posted bail amounting to ₽12,000.00 fir his temporary liberty. (RPN DXKS Surigao via PEMS JTS)
