Fifty houses are already completed and ready for occupancy.
City Mayor Estong Matugas ordered to fast-track the project to free the public schools of any evacuees.
A follow-thru meeting was held Wednesday, April 20, 2022 at the project site to work on the other needs of the resettlement site.
In attendance were representatives from the UN-IOM, Action Against Hunger, TESDA, City Engineering, City Social Welfare, City Planning, City ENRO, City GSO, and the City Administrator.
The City Social Welfare & Dev’t Office also distributed family food packs and hygiene kits to the beneficiaries.
