Schools produce quality graduates, and Jails produce SOCIALLY FUNCTIONAL INDIVIDUALS that have become MORE responsible citizens in the community.
We are very proud of our former PDLs who came to our facility, united and empowered, to bring the joy and hope of pursuing life with a purpose.
In response to the wishlists project of Surigao City Jail, once again the “Give Love, Give Hope” Advocacy Project of Mr. Randy Retulla, came to SCJ and successfully shared a total of 38,000.00 worth of goods, groceries, and hygienic items for all 356 PDL.
Raffle activities and parlor games also made the day even more enjoyable for a memorable get-together.
