INSP Abel A. Dubduban saw the great necessity of having our own refilling machine; as the use of SCBA is an inflexible requirement during firefighting operations.
The persistent efforts of INSP DUBDUBAN with the backing of the Office of the Provincial Fire Marshal, headed by CINSP JULIUS DARYL M BULATAO and the unceasing sustenance of The Local Government Unit- Surigao City, under the governance of Hon. Mayor Pablo Yves L Dumlao II, who provided three units of filter cartridge for the compressor machine to replenish SCBA’s not just for the local station, but of the entire BFP SDN, —made all this undertaking a great success.
The tireless support of the incumbent leader, along with the council members, is an epitome of a great team who look past political disputes but rather moves toward equality and progress for the benefit of the entire community.
