The Rotary International District Governor of RI District 3860 starts her official visit to the 4 Rotary Clubs in Surigao City.
District Governor Lilu I. Aliño arrived this afternoon from Butuan City and warmly welcomed by the officers and members of the Rotary Club of Surigao City headed by President Jeffrey S. Torcal, Rotary Club of Central Surigao headed by Tony Yu, Rotary Club of Surigao Midtown Jewels headed by President Edna Dolar, Rotary Club of Metro Surigao and Assistant Governor for Area 3K Jaime Kang.
District Governor Aliño was also the guest of honor in the cutting of ribbon and turn-over ceremony of Reading Hubs project of the Rotary Club of Surigao City in Calderon Village Elementary School in Brgy. Mat-i, Surigao City.
She will also be the Guest of Honor and Speaker tonight on the 47th Turn-over and Induction Ceremonies of the officers of Rotary Club of Surigao City. (RPN DXKS Surigao)
