Surigao: PSA, City Planning begins training for 2nd batch of enumerators for City-wide CBMS

The City Planning and Development Office (CPDO) starts training for more than 100 enumerators that will be deployed in the continuous Community-Based Monitoring System (CBMS) or the Republic Act No. 11315.

In partnership with the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), the training will equip the hired enumerators on the CBMS concepts and on carrying out data collection activities from geotagging, and listing of buildings, to conducting interviews per household through the use of an electronic questionnaire in a tablet.

The training for the second batch of enumerators started today, May 2, 2023, and was held at the RSY Conference Rooms.

The 8-day training involves lectures on the Household Profile Questionnaire HPQ is designed to capacitate the CBMS Enumerators in carrying out various mapping, listing, and interviewing tasks properly when they are deployed in the field.

Philippine Statistics Authority invites everyone to support the activity by participating and providing truthful and complete information. All data collected will be kept strictly confidential in compliance with Section 26 of Republic Act 10625 and Republic Act 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012).
