Camp Col Rafael C Rodriguez, Butuan City – The post for Dinagat Islands Police Provincial Office was formally relinquished to its new successor during the Turn-Over Ceremony last June 28 at HPRO13 Conference Room, Camp Col Rafael C Rodriguez.
PRO13 Regional Director POLICE BRIGADIER GENERAL ROMEO M. CARAMAT JR. announced that POLICE COLONEL DENNIS A SIRUNO, the Chief of Regional Personnel and Records Management Division, will take the post as the incoming Provincial Director of Dinagat Island Police Provincial Office. He succeeded the seat of PCOL FRANKIE C. CANDELARIO, the outgoing Provincial Director of Dinagat Island PPO, effective last June 28, 2022.
The outgoing Provincial Director of Dinagat Island PPO, PCOL. FRANKIE C. CANDELARIO, will be reassigned to the regional headquarters.
The Deputy Regional Director for Administration, POLICE COLONEL RODERICK D. MINONG, together with the Regional Staff and other Police Commissioned Officers and Police Non-Commissioned Officers, graced the turnover of the command ceremony.
“The leaders may change, but the PNP Caraga’s mandate, campaigns, plans, and programs for Dinagat Islands PPO will remain the same. We believe in the capacity of PCOL. SIRUNO to lead the men and women of DIPPO to remain steadfast in our relentless campaign against all forms of criminality in the province,” RD CARAMAT JR. concluded.
