Congratulations Mayor Sol Forcadilla Matugas, Vice Mayor Minmin Sajulga together with all the members of the Sanggunian, and to the organizing committee led by the former Governor Atty. Lalo Matugas for a successful and meaningful Opening Ceremony of the 1st Mayor Sol’s National Surfing Competition.
We thank our special guests including the Dept. of Tourism (DOT) Undersecretary for Operations, Usec. Shahlimar Tamano, Department of Health Asst. Secretary Leonita Gorgolon, and Dept. of Interior and Local Government (DILG) Regional Director Lilibeth Famacion, for gracing our milestone event.
My appreciation and congratulations to our competition director from the United Philippine Surfing Association, for excellently handling the technical aspect of the competition. Most of all, we thank the participation of all our national surfers from all over the Philippines for this surfing event is for them.
