Surigao City Jail’s Momentous Event!
We are in euphoria by the presence of Surigao City Mayor Hon. Pablo Yves L. Dumlao II together with City Councilor Hon. Baltazar Abian joins the table with the Surigao City Jail Personnel headed by JCINSP JOEL G CALIMBO on our traditional boodle fight as we also celebrate the victory of our Best City Jail Award.
Boodle fight is a symbol of unity not only in peace but also in times of adversities.
