The event was graced by House Speaker Ferdinand Martin Romualdez, Majority Leader Manuel Jose Dalipe, Deputy Speaker Vincent Duke Frasco, the Presidential Son Vincent “Vinny” Marcos, Congressman Francisco Jose “Bingo” Matugas, Atty. The Municipality of General Luna headed by the Honorable Mayor Sol F. Matugas together with the Sangguniang Bayan Members headed by Hon.
