Surigao: Fun run and Zumba successfully held at the city boulevard to celebrate the International Women’s Day

Government employees, public and private organizations celebrated this morning the International Women’s Day with Fun Run and Zumba for a Cause.

Proceeds will be given to identified VAW survivors livelihood projects and other Surigao City Local Council of Women activities.

Today’s activities in celebration of 2023 Women’s Day not only promote health and wellness but provides opportunities to our beneficiary women who have less in life and we’re victims of abuses to become economically productive and empowered.
