LGU, TMC reps, organizers and participants enjoyed and celebrated the fresh catch of variety of fishes found in the municipal waters of Claver – a manifestation that our seas are productive despite the presence of the mineral industry.
Mayor Georgia Gokiangkee attended the awarding ceremony of the first ever Panaghiusa Festival Jigging and Shorecasting Competition, which saw participants coming from different regions in Mindanao.
Said event was made possible thru the partnership of LGU Claver, Marajaw Surigao Anglers, Taganito Mining Corporation, and PNP Maritime Group, with the assistance of Bantay Dagat.
