Department of Trade and Industry – Surigao del Norte (DTI-SdN) duly recognized Consumer Organization convened last January 20, 2023 at DTI SdN Provincial Office Conference Room, Simtoco Business Center, Burgos Street, Surigao City.
The SUNCO officers and members discussed the necessary preparation for their SEC registration, change of bank signatories, proposed increase of mortuary benefits & contributions, and refresher on Price Act as part of SUNCO’s consumer advocacy continuing program.
Consumer Organizations have been DTI’s essential arm in educating the general public about consumer rights, imparting knowledge about consumer problems, legal reporting, reliefs available and other matters of interest.
