Surigao City Mayor Ernesto Matugas, Jr. underscored during his public address cum press briefing today (April 3) that the city government will not cease in enforcing the rules and regulations that seek compliance and cooperation of the people to avert #COVID19 pandemic.
He also assured that the LGU is doing everything to address the needs of the locals who are affected of the crisis; provides sanitation facilities; and supports the frontliners. (PIA SDN)
