How do you fully measure governance for recovery and resilience? A year after Super Typhoon Odette, COVID Pandemic and Global Crisis due to Conflict in Europe.. we slowly build back our beloved Municipality.
A year of trials, complexity and ambiguity, we rise up measured by awards / recognitions in governance and smiling faces of children and families as impact of our actions. We will continue to introduce innovative public services models that allows an adaptive governance model for an uncertain future.
We pray to Our Lady of Mount Carmel for the continuous guidance and miracles from our hard work and dedication to recovery and rebuilding of our community.
