The Manicahan Barangay Council together with PS3 personnel and tanods impounded 2 motorcycles with modified mufflers in the course of their roving patrol activities during Sunday.
The motorcycles’ drivers were also issued citation tickets for violating the lockdown regulations.
Meanwhile, residents in most areas of the barangay complied with the protocols.
