Police Brigadier General ROMEO M. CARAMAT JR., Police Regional Office 13 Regional Director, emphasized that the system shall enhance and invigorate the existing PNP Complaint and Referral Monitoring System in order to improve and streamline frontline police service and help in the PNP internal cleansing efforts.
The presentation of Complaints Referral & Monitoring Information System (CRMIS) “e-SUMBONG” was attended virtually by the Regional Director, Command Group, Regional Staff and Force Commander, Regional Mobile Force Battalion, at PRO13 conference room.
“The police force of Caraga will never stop in responding and taking actions to the complaints and other concerns from the community through SMS, Call Hotlines, social media, e-mails, letter-referrals and walk-ins” RD CARAMAT JR. stated.
The monitoring information system will widen the avenue of the public to lodge complain, report crime and other concerns for police actions. (PMaj. Dorothy M. Tumulak)
