Last May 15, 2021 at about 8:00AM, PNP Personnel of Claver MPS led by PEMS Joel G Verano with direct supervision of PMAJ NIRA B PEROCHO, COP, responded to the reported dead shark at the shoreline of Purok 1, Pitogo, Brgy. Urbiztondo, Claver, Surigao del Norte.
Coordination with Hon. Larry G. Escutin, Punong Barangay was immediately done. Likewise, responding PNP promptly reported the incident to the officers of Department of Agriculture, MENRO and MDRRMO for proper disposition. The said shark measured more or less 4 meters or weighing about 300kls. (Claver PNP)
