This pertains to the apprehension of Jerry Baluca Jacob, 28 years old, single, jobless, and resident of Purok-2, Sitio Cayutan, Brgy. Cagniog, Surigao City for Violation of Disobedience to an Agent to a Person in Authority in relation with Violation of EO 56 (Non-Observance of Curfew Hours) in Relation of RA 11332 and Violation of RA 10883 (An Act Providing for a New Anti-Carnapping Law of the Philippines) of 2016 that happened around 10:30 PM of November 7, 2020 in KM-1, Brgy. Washington, Surigao City.
Exerted effort made by the Intelligence and Investigation and Detective Management personnel of this office led by PLT. BASSEL D. MONTEROSO under the close supervision of PLTCOL. CHRISTIAN L. RAFOLS II, COP that led to the voluntarily revelation of the aforesaid suspect that he has two Honda wave 100 motorcycle being stashed in different area in Surigao City.
Acted upon receipt, around 12:30 PM of November 9, 2020, a red/black HONDA WAVE 100 bearing chassis number KVR 1106327 with engine number EVROIE 063205 and no plate number was successfully recovered in Purok-6, Brgy. Cagniog, Surigao City. While the other one was recovered in Purok-7, Brgy. Mabua, Surigao City around 1:00 PM of same date, described as red/black HONDA WAVE 100 with defaced chassis number and engine number KWY 00E048524 and no plate number.
All aforesaid recovered motorcycle are in the custody of this station awaiting for the rightful owner to be claimed for subsequent filing of RA 10883 (Carnapping) against the arrested suspect.
