Be informed that at about at about 1:00 PM of October 28, 2020, warrant and intelligence personnel of Dipolog City Police Station (CPS) led by PEMS. Federico A. Lacay – Warrant PNCO, conducted Intel driven operation against wanted person at Amatong Rd., Brgy. Miputak, Dipolog City and arrested Decoroza Cabilin Caballes, 66 y.o., female, married, college graduate, retired Gov’t. Employee and a resident of same place by virtue of Warrant Of Arrest for the crime of Grave Oral Defamation, docketed under Criminal Case No. B-76519, issued by Kenneth P. Rosal, Presiding Judge of MTCC, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 2, Dipolog City, dated October 24, 2020, with bail bond recommended amounting to Eighteen thousand pesos (₱ 18,000.00) for her temporary liberty.
Accused is now under the custody of Dipolog CPS for proper disposition.
