Be informed that at about 2:40 PM of October 28, 2020, PNP elements of Dapitan City Police Station (CPS) while on mobile patrol responded to a commotion transpired at Brgy. Oro, Dapitan City which resulted to the arrest of Romeo Proceso Redila, 64 y.o. male, married fisherman and resident of the aforementioned place.
Initial investigation conducted disclosed that the said suspect was brandishing his bolo and challenge for a fight to his brother name ELITO PROCESO REDILA, 49 y.o., male, married and a resident of the aforementioned place which causes alarm to the said place.
Immediately subject person was apprehended and informed of his Constitutional Rights and Anti Torture Law and is now under the custody of Dapitan CPS for filling of charges.
