Police operatives of Zamboanga City Police Station 2 conducted operation against wanted person at Brgy. Curuan, Zamboanga City at about 2:00 PM of November 16, 2020.
The operation resulted in the arrest of Vincent Santiago y Dagalea, 37 years old, of Sitio Poblacion Brgy. Curuan, Zamboanga City.
He was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest under Criminal Case No. 45895-98 issued by Presiding Judge of RTC Branch 33, Zamboanga City dated October 19, 2020 for the crime of Rape defined under article 266- A (1) in relation to article 266 (B) of Revised Penal code amended by R.A 8353 with no bail recommended.
