A carpenter was arrested by operatives of Dumingag Municipal Police Station (MPS) and Zamboanga del Sur Provincial Mobile Force Company in a law enforcement operation against wanted person at Purok 3, Brgy. Lipawan, Dumingag, Zamboanga Del Sur at 9:30 AM of December 3, 2020.
Arrested was Dannyboy Ortiz Labang, 48 years old, married, carpenter and a resident of Purok 1, Brgy. Upper Landing, Dumingag, Zamboanga Del Sur, who was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for Violation of Sec 28 (g) of RA 10591, docketed under Criminal Case No. 2020-10-4120, issued by Presiding Judge, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 23, Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur, Dated October 2, 2020 with a recommended bail bond of ₱ 80,000.00.
He is now under the temporary custody of Dumingag MPS for proper disposition.
