Stabbing incident transpired at Purok 7, Brgy. Bagong Argao, Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur at 4:45 PM of December 3, 2020, wherein victim identified as Sammy Batilong Rosauro, 33 years old, single, farmer and a resident of Purok 7, Bagong Argao, Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur was stabbed by the suspect identified as Elmer Luna Ramos, 41 years old, married, farmer and resident of Purok 7, Bagong Argao, Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur.
The victim sustained slash wounds that resulted to his instantaneous death while suspect surrendered to Barangay Chairman Elsie Pagente Banuelos of Brgy. Bagong Argao, Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur.
Initial investigation conducted disclosed that prior to the incident, the suspect and the victim were having drinking spree at the store hut of Roberto Artiaga Padron situated at Purok 7, Brgy. Bagong Argao, Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur. The suspect stabbed the throat of the victim which resulted to the victim’s death with the use of more or less 12 inches long scythe (sanggot).
The suspect is now under the custody of Molave Municipal Police Station for filing of appropriate charge/s. motive of the incident believed to be personal grudge.
