Police personnel of Dipolog City Police Station (CPS) conducted law enforcement operation against wanted person at Brgy. Sta. Isabel, Dipolog City at 11:30 AM of September 10, 2020. This resulted to the arrest of Pamela Jumalon Vergara, 46 years old, college graduate, teacher and a resident of Purok Bayanihan, Brgy. Sta. Filomena, Dipolog City.
She was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for Violation of Sec. 4 (c) (4) of RA 10175 (cybercrime) docketed under Criminal Case # 101-2020-dpl issued by Judge Jose Rene G. Dondoyano, RTC, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 7, Dipolog City dated September 7, 2020 with bail bond of ₱ 48,000.00.
He is now under the temporary custody of Dipolog CPS for commitment to court.
