THE Philippine Sportswriters Association (PSA) Forum on Tuesday focuses on what’s next for the Shakey’s Super League and the coming Philippine Women’s Chess Championship grand finals.
Athletic Events and Sports Management Inc (ACES) president Dr. Ian Laurel and chairman Philip Ella Juico will talk about the group’s upcoming projects following the success of the just-concluded Collegiate Pre-Season Championships.
Some members of the National University Lady Bulldogs who won the championship via an eighth-game sweep are also gracing the face-to-face session at the ground floor of the Rizal Memorial Sports Complex main building starting at 10 a.m.
National Chess Federation of the Philippines chief executive officer Jayson Gonzales and Woman Grandmaster Janelle Mae Frayna, meanwhile, will talk about the tournament set from November 29 to December 7.
The weekly public sports program is presented by San Miguel Corp., Milo, Philippine Sports Commission, Philippine Olympic Committee and the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corp.
