Executive Order No. 06-01, Series of 2021 (An Order declaring the Province of Dinagat Islands under community quarantine in support and in harmony with the separate community quarantine issuances of the Municipal Local Government Units (MLGUs) of the Province) issued by Governor Kaka Bag-ao.
SALIENT POINTS:
NO ENTRY of persons in the province from 07 June 2021 to 21 June 2021, except for medical emergencies, transportation of goods and other basic necessities, and banking and other financial transactions using the Dinagat Provincial Embassy (DPE) scheme.
The ENTRY of persons shall be allowed until 06 June 2021.
TRAVEL OUTSIDE the province shall NOT BE RESTRICTED provided that health and safety protocols and travel document requirements are complied with.
The League of Municipalities of the Philippines (LMP) – Dinagat Islands Chapter composed of the 7 Municipal Mayors shall formulate the inter-municipal arrangements of activities of citizens between the 7 municipalities through the issuance of the appropriate LMP Resolution.
National government agencies, private companies, and other entities that have existing contracts with government institutions for infrastructure projects shall immediately make the necessary arrangements to comply with the order.
All persons are still required to strictly observe health and safety protocols such as the wearing of face masks, social distancing, and the prohibition of large gatherings.
