Luyao, PSSG Alkasa A. Langgal, PSSg Yamer E. Naing, PSSG Rakhann P. Naing, PSSg Samman A. Iyoh and Pat Amnor S. Salihon, Pat Benzar A. Caril, Pat Sihul P. Siong, 5 personnel from 2nd PMFC led by PCPL Remar Salonoy Salaveria and S2 of 42nd IB PA ALPHA Co. conducted Intensified intel driven Manhunt operation at Sitio Tampat, Brgy. Cabbunan, Sibuco, Zamboanga del Norte resulted to the arrest of Nasil Alpad Jakarain, 32 years old, male, married, farmer, and a resident of Sitio Cacaoan, Brgy. Lakiki, Sibuco, Zamboanga del Norte by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for MULTIPLE ATTEMPTED MURDER with CC no. 2017-05-06(1478) issued by Hon. Anthony D. Isaw, Acting Presiding Judge of RTC 9th Judicial Region, Branch 27, Siocon, Zamboanga del Norte dated August 4, 2020 with a Bail Bond of Php120, 000.00 recommended for his temporary liberty. Arrested wanted person is now in the custody of Sibuco MPS for proper disposition.

Dipolog CPS- Be informed that at about 2:15 in the afternoon of January 28, 2021, Warrant and Intelligence personnel of Dipolog CPS led by PLTCOL GILZEN NIÑO R MANESE – COP conducted law enforcement operation against wanted person at Barangay Sicayab, Dipolog City that led to the arrest of alias Marlon Manila Tañesa, Top #2 Drug Personality Priority Target, High Value Individual (HVI), single, 33 years old, college level, jobless, and a resident of said place, for “Viol of Sec. 11 Art. II of R.A. 9165” docketed under criminal case number 19662, issued by HON. JOSE RENE G. DONDOYANO, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 6, Dipolog City, dated June 4, 2018, with bail bond recommended fixed to Php 200,000.00. Arrested person is now in the custody of Dipolog CPS for proper disposition.

Leon B Postigo MPS- Be informed that at about 4:50 PM of January 28, 2021, PNP personnel of Leon B Postigo MPS led by PMSg Reynald G Estoconing, Godod MPS, RID9,RA-ZN and 44th IB PA, conducted law enforcement operation at Brgy. Bunawan, Godod, Zamboanga del Norte that resulted to the arrest of Rosita Manog, Top 10 MWP (Municipal Level) 37 years old, (September 10, 1983) married, farmer and other wanted, Ruben Manog, 41 years old, (January 5, 1980) male, married, farmer and both a resident of Brgy. Bunawan, Godod ZN by virtue of WOA for the crime of “Homicide” docketed under CC Number S-5905 issued by Hon. JOSE RENE G. DONDOYANO, Acting Presiding Judge, RTC 9th Judicial Region, Branch 11, Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte, dated July 15, 2019, with bail bond recommended fixed 40,000 each. Arrested persons were brought to Leon B Postigo MPS for proper disposition.
Report on Anti- Illegal Drugs in relation to SIFPO (Buy- Bust)
Labason MPS- Be informed that at about 2:30 PM of January 28, 2021, MDET of Labason MPS led by PCPT JEFFERSON P ARELLANO, OIC Labason MPS, PDEU ZNPPO, Intel Operative of 901st RMFB9 and NISGWM, conducted joint drug buy-bust operation at Purok 6, Brgy Antonino, Labason, Zamboanga del Norte that resulted to the arrest of Michael Ryan Ante Maravillas (Drug watchlisted), 25 years old, born on May 1, 1995, male, single, student, college level and a resident of Antonino, Labason Zamboanga del Norte and Mojahid Layling Salam (SLI), 23 years old, born on December 3, 1997, m ale, single and a resident of Barangay Kipit, Labason, ZN. Confiscated during the operation incidental to his lawful arrest were the following to wit:

- One (1) pc heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white granules believed to be shabu (Buy Bust Item)
- Six (6) pcs transparent plastic sachets containing white crystalline substance believed to be shabu.(possession)
- One (1) pc. Five hundred peso bill with SN-GT044606 (Buy Bust Money).
- One (1) Unit HONDA WAVE 100 motorcycle without plate number.
- Assorted Drug paraphernalia: 2pcs orange lighter; 1pc foil cut; 1pc improvised clip; 1pc color red straw serve as improvised scoop, 1pc safety pin, 1pack cellophane, 1box vasopresso serve as container.
On Michael Ryan Maravillas
- Five (5) pcs transparent plastic sachets containing white crystalline substance believed to be shabu.(possession)
Total estimated street value of confiscated drugs was Php 10,200.00 and a total weigh of more or less 1.5 grams.All seized and confiscated items were brought to Labason MPS and arrested suspect are now in the custody of Labason MPS. A case for violation of RA 9165 will be filed in court against the suspect.

Vehicular Incident
Salug MPS- Be informed that at around 4:18 PM of January 28, 2021, concerned citizen came to Salug MPS and reported that there was a vehicular accident transpired at brgy. Caracol, Salug ZN involving ISUZU TRUCK CONTAINER VAN and NISSAN URVAN SHUTTLE. Acted on the report, PNP member of Salug MPS composed of Pet Andy T Cariño, PSSg Vengie D Manglag, PCpl Jedar Zamoras and Pat Elvin Cagbas proceeded to the reported place of incident to verify the veracity of said report. Initial investigation conducted by the responding PNP personnel disclosed, that (VEHICLE 1) with CR No. 321244652 dated June 27, 2019, MV FILE NO. 1366-00000187790, ENGINE No. YD25000625B with O.R. No, 1931042245 dated December 17, 2020 WITH Plate No. 090809 owned by Rudysindo D. Ban-as a resident of brgy. Communal, Liloy, Zamboanga del Norte travelling from Dipolog City going to Liloy, Zamboanga del Norte driven by Roel Adorna, 30 yo, married, and a resident of Brgy. Banigan, Liloy ZN with driver License no. JO1-12001663 expiry date June 19, 2022 While (VEHICLE 2 – ISUZU TRUCK CONTAINER VAN ) WITH cr No. 5435478-6 DATED July 19, 2007, plate No. RFD704, Owned by KRN Marketing, Dipolog City, Driver: REMAR QUIZO LEGADOS , 21 y/o, Single, Resident of Brgy. Olingan Dipolog City and was travelling from opposite direction going to Dipolog City. However, upon reaching to brgy Caracol, Salug ZN, vehicle 2 force to stop since only one side of the road was accessible and the vehicle 1 was also approaching from opposite direction however, the vehicle1 suddenly bump the vehicle 2 that resulted to the driver of Vehicle 1 and the passengers injuries. All involved vehicles are now temporary at the custody of brgy Captain of brgy. Caracol, Salug, Zamboanga del Norte.

Katipunan MPS- Be informed that at about 5:40 PM of January 28, 2021 Jerald Bedong Partosa, 34 y/o, single, High School Level, Habal-habal Driver and a resident of Barangay Carupay, Katipunan, ZN turned over one unit homemade improvised Caliber .38 revolver with no serial number with six (6) calibre .38 live ammunitions. Said firearm was received by PCMS Bernie C. Asentista – Supply PNCO of Katipunan MPS for proper disposition.
Campaign Against Illegal Logging
Siocon MPS- Be informed that at about 9:30 AM of January 28, 2021 Forest Guard of Siocon Watershed reported to Siocon MPS that an illegal cutting of trees transpired at the Watershed of Sittio Matunoy Barangay A.L. Micubo, Siocon, ZDN. Immediately alert team of Siocon MPS led by PMAJ Edison F Alviar, ACOP joint with 905th RMFB9 in coordination with CENRO-Siocon, DENR-IX went to the area. At about 1:25 PM of January 28, 2021 upon reaching at said place the team caught in the act the following person namely; Alvin Bantug Timbawas, 35 years old, male ,married, farmer; Jerry Malunoc Usin, 48 years old, male ,widow, farmer; Wilson Romo Marmojada, 51 years old, male ,married, farmer; Amay Suwe Alinsag, 23 years old, male, single and Rolando Bolongon Dinopol, 56 years old, male, married all resident of brgy Latabon, Siocon ,Zamboanga del Norte illegally cutting protected trees. Confiscated from their possession 1-unit unregistered Chain Saw and 1 Guide Bar. Responding team arrived at Siocon MPS about 6:30 PM of the same and the confiscated items were properly turned over to CENRO-Siocon, ZDN for proper disposition while arrested suspect were brought to Siocon MPS.
Campaign Against Illegal Drugs thru Drug Buy Bust Operation
Katipunan MPS- Be informed that at about 5:30 PM of January 28, 2021, personnel of ZNPDEU led by PLT LEO FERNANDEZ SUAN, together with MDET of Katipunan MPS led by PMAJ VICENTE M VERTUDAZO in coordination with PDEA 9conducted drug buy-bust operation at Purok 4, Brgy. Uno, Katipunan, ZDN, which resulted to the arrest of Bryan Tucio Dominguez, male, 38 years old, DOB (Dec 09, 1982), married, driver and a resident of Basagan, Katipunan, ZDN, DI Watch listed (SLI) drug personality categorized as drug pusher. Confiscated during the operation were: One (1) piece small size heat- sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline granules believed to be shabu (buy –bust evidence), Sixteen (16) pieces small size heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline granules believed to be shabu, One (1) piece five hundred (500) peso bill with serial number C396152 served as buy –bust money, One (1) piece empty Nescafe 3n1 original color red served as drug container and One (1) piece disposable lighter color blue. All drug evidence has an estimated weight of 10 grams and street value amounting to Php 60,000.00. Arrested Suspect was brought to Katipunan MPS for documentation.

Dipolog CPS- Be informed that at about 6:20 in the evening of January 28, 2021, Warrant and Intelligence personnel of Dipolog CPS led by PEMS Rey B Marcojos – Warrant PNCO, conducted law enforcement operation against wanted person at Brgy Punta, Dipolog City that led to the arrest of FRANCISCO OCHIA REGENCIA, 59 years old, married, high graduate, farmer, and a resident of Purok Lasolidaridad, Brgy. Punta, Dipolog City by virtue of WOA for “PD 1602-ANTI GAMBLING LAW” docketed under criminal case number 18678, issued by HON. JOSE RENE GALLEMIT DONDOYANO, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 6, Dipolog City, dated January 27, 2021, No bail bond recommended. Arrested is now in the custody of Dipolog CPS for proper disposition.
