Report on Anti-Illegal Drugs Operation thru buy bust
Be informed that at about 12:45 PM of May 18, 2021, MDET of Siocon Municipal Police Station (MPS) together with 2nd ZNPMFC personnel and 905th RMFB9 conducted buy bust operation at Barangay S. Arabi, Siocon, Zamboanga del Norte which resulted to the successful arrest of Nur-In Badjo Laudin, 32 years old (DOB: July 17, 1987), male, married, elementary level, jobless, SLI, Pusher and a resident of Barangay S. Arabi, Siocon, Zamboanga del Norte. The said suspect was arrested for violation of RA 9165. Confiscated during the operation were the following: One (1) pc. small heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance believed to be SHABU (buy bust item); Nine (9) pcs small heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance believed to be shabu with an estimated weight of 2.5 grams amounting to ₱ 17,000.00 DDB (possession item); One (1) pc. Five Hundred Peso (₱ 500.00) bill with SN BW457720 (buy bust money); One (1) pc. 100-peso bill; One (1) pc. 10-peso coin; Six (6) pcs. 5-peso coin; Four (4) pcs. tin foil; One (1) pc. Aluminum foil; and One (1) pc. white paper. Affiants were Pat Patrick G. Regidor – Poseur Buyer, Pat Eugene V. Masanguid – Arresting/Seizing Officer, 905th RMFB and 2nd ZNPMFC personnel are members. Case for violation of Sec. 5 and 11 of RA 9165 was being readied for filling at Provincial Prosecutor office against the suspect. Confiscated items will be brought to Provincial Crime Laboratory Office for chemical examination while arrested suspect is now under the custody of Siocon MPS for inquest.
Campaign against Illegal Logging
Be informed that at about 2:00 PM of May 18, 2021, Intel operatives of Dapitan City Police Station (CPS) together with CENRO personnel conducted joint Intel driven operation against Illegal Logging at Barangay Carang, Dapitan City that resulted to the confiscation of newly cut Timber Woods on land owned by Pricella Marcial Carias, legal age, female and resident of Barangay Carang, Dapitan City. Confiscated during the operation were Fifteen (15) pcs. of newly cut timber woods. The confiscated timber woods was turned over to CENRO Dapitan City for verification of proper documents of the said timber woods and for proper disposition of the said Timber Woods.

Confiscated during the operation were the following: One (1) pc. small heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance believed to be SHABU (buy bust item); One (1) pc. large heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance believed to be shabu with an estimated weight of 1.5 grams amounting to ₱ 12,240.00 DDB (possession item); One (1) pc. Five Hundred Peso (₱ 500.00) bill with SN RF329606 – (buy bust money); One (1) pc. 1000-peso bill; One (1) pc. 500-peso bill; Ten (10) pcs. 200-peso bill; Nine (9) pcs. 100-peso bill; Five (5) pcs. 50-peso bill; Four (4) pcs. 20-peso bill; Six (6) pcs. Aluminum used tin foil; One (1) pc. small empty sachet; and One (1) pc. large empty sachet. Affiants were Pat Diocris O Adaza – Poseur Buyer/Arresting Officer, Pat Gardson R. Dela Peña – Seizing Officer, 905th RMFB and 2nd ZNPMFC personnel are members. Case for violation of Sec. 5, 11 and 12 of RA 9165 was being readied for filling at Provincial Prosecutor office against the suspect. Confiscated items will be brought to Provincial Crime Laboratory Office for chemical examination while arrested suspect is now under the custody of Siocon MPS for inquest.
Report on Arrest of Wanted Person
Be informed that at about 2:00 PM of May 18, 2021, warrant and intelligence personnel of Dipolog City Police Station (CPS) together with RMFB9 served a warrant of arrest at Purok Riverside Looc, Barangay Estaka, Dipolog City against wanted person one Christine Paglalunan Catiloc, 32 years old (April 5, 1989), female, single, Filipino, high school graduate, jobless and a resident of Barangay Sicayab, Dipolog City by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for the crime of Child Abuse, under Sec. 10(a) of R.A. 7610, docketed under Criminal Case No. 18359, issued by Rogelio D. Laquihon- Presiding Judge of 9th Judicial Region, Branch 7, Dipolog City, dated December 27, 2013, with bail bond recommended fixed at ₱ 180,000.00. Accused is now under the custody of Dipolog CPS for proper disposition.
Report on Alleged Shooting Incident
Be informed that on or about 3:55 PM of May 18, 2021, a concerned citizen reported to Polanco Municipal Police Station (MPS) thru cellular phone call that there was an alleged shooting incident transpired at Along National Highway of Barangay San Miguel, Polanco, Zamboanga del Norte (MOL 20 kms away from Polanco MPS with weak cellular phone connection). Upon receipt of the said report PNP personnel of the said station together with four (4) PNCOs immediately proceeded to said place to verify the veracity of the report. Upon arrival by the responding PNP personnel, investigation conducted disclosed that the victim was identified as one KENT LLOYD CELICIOUS ANG, legal age, married and a resident of South Mapang, Rizal, Zamboanga del Norte. The suspect was unidentified and fled away to unknown direction after the incident while the victim was immediately brought to Zanorte Medical Center, Barangay Sicayab, Dipolog City. Polanco MPS still conducting follow-up investigation for any possible motive of the case and identification of the suspect.
