Top 3 Most Wanted Person of Zamboanga City Police Station 4, Arrested in Sibuco1

PNP personnel of Zamboanga City Police Station 4 conducted law enforcement operation through service of warrant of arrest at Sitio Moras Barangay Taganak, Sibuco Zamboanga Del Norte at about 5:00 p.m. of May 16, 2021. The operation resulted in the arrest of Roel Napolereyes Del Rosario, 51 years old, single and a resident of Sitio Moras, Barangay Taganak, Sibuco, Zamboanga Del Norte. He was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest for the crime of Murder with Criminal Case No. 23563 issued by Hon. Judge  Gregorio V Dela Peña III,  Presiding Judge of RTC Branch 12,  9th Judicial Region, Zamboanga City with no recommended bail bond. Accused is presently under the custody of Zamboanga City Police Station 4 prior turn over to the concerned court.

Suspect for Human Trafficking, Arrested in Aurora

PNP personnel of Dumingag Municipal Police Station (MPS) conducted law enforcement operation at Purok Lapu-Lapu, Commonwealth, Aurora, Zamboanga del Sur at about 4:00 p.m. of May 16, 2021. The operation resulted in the arrest of Jovelyn Cañete Panilagan, 33 years old, female, married, hair dresser, and a resident of Purok Lapu-Lapu, Commonwealth, Aurora, Zamboanga del Sur. She was arrested by virtue of arrest warrant for the crime of Qualified Trafficking in Persons, docketed under Criminal Case No. 2016-10-3083 dated January 18, 2016 issued by Hon. Jaime B. Caberte, Presiding Judge, Regional Trial Court, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 23, Molave, Zamboanga del Sur with no bail bond. She is now temporarily detained at Dumingag MPS while waiting for commitment order from the court.

One Dead in a Motor Vehicle Traffic Accident in Labangan

A vehicular accident transpired at the National Highway of Lower Pulacan, Labangan, Zamboanga del Sur at about 2:00 p.m. of May 16, 2021 involving one unit Isuzu close van with temporary registration plate 090804 driven by Julius A. Impis, 32 years old, male, married, and a resident of Clarin, Misamis Occidental , together with his two truck man identified as John Terence Manlegro, 27 years old, male, single, and a resident of Gango, Ozamis City and Robert Sajulga, 23 years old, male, single, and a resident of Tigbao, Zamboanga del Sur. Investigation disclosed that prior to the incident, above mentioned vehicle was traversing the National Highway of Labangan Municipality bound to Ozamis City and upon reaching the place of incident, the driver overtook a vehicle, but he lost control of the vehicle, it swerved and fell out the road. As a result, Robert Sajulga (truck man) sustained serious injury and was brought to Manupac Hospital but was pronounced dead on arrival by the attending physician Dr. Hissam Musanip while the other truckman (John Terence Manlegro) was temporarily treated at same hospital. The driver of said vehicle (Julius A Impis) was brought to Labangan Municipal Police Station (MPS) and the vehicle is now under the custody of Labangan MPS for proper disposition.

One Dead In a Motor Vehicle Traffic Accident  in Molave

A motor vehicle traffic accident transpired at 6:44 p.m. of May 16, 2021 at Rizal Avenue, Corner Mabini Street, Maloloy-on, Molave, Zamboanga del Sur involving one unit black Honda XRM 125, with no registration plate, Certificate Registration No. 39129266, Engine No. KPYT1017811; and Chassis No. KPYT1017811) driven by Delmar Abear Cañada 19 years old, male single, fisherman, and resident of Gutlang, Molave, Zamboanga del Sur and one unit Honda Beat, owned and driven by Harley Natingor Cotiango, 65 years old, male, married, senior citizen and a resident of Salug Daku, Mahayag, Zamboanga del Sur. Investigation disclosed that prior to the incident, the Honda XRM was traversing from IBJT Molave bound to Rizal Avenue, Maloloy-on, Molave, while the Honda Beat was traversing in opposite direction. Upon reaching the place of incident, the Honda Beat tried to turn left but was accidentally bumped by the Honda XRM. As a result, both drivers sustained serious injuries on their head and body and were brought to Salug Valley Medical Center of said municipality for medical treatment. However, at about 10:00 p.m. of same date, the driver of the Honda Beat was declared dead by the attending physician. The motorcycles are now under the custody of Molave Municipal Police Station for proper disposition.

Shooting Incident

A shooting incident transpired at Enriquez Drive, Barangay Talabaan, Zamboanga City wherein the victim was identified as Arthur Castro Custodio, male, 35 years old, male and a resident of Enriquez Drive, Barangay Talabaan, Zamboanga City at about 8:00 p.m. of May 16, 2021. Initial investigation disclosed that prior to the incident, victim was outside the street when suddenly, he was shot by unidentified suspects hitting his chest, arm, stomach and feet and was brought to Mindanao Central Sanitarium, Barangay Pasobolong, Zamboanga City for medication. Suspects fled toward Barangay Mercedes area. Recovered at the crime scene were five (5) spent shells believed to be of a caliber .45 pistol.  Motive of the incident is yet to be determined. Zamboanga City Police Station 4 is still conducting follow up operation regarding the incident.

Rape Suspect Arrested in Tungawan

Joint personnel of Tungawan Municipal Police Station (MPS), Ipil Municipal Police Station, 903rd Maneuver Company and Zamboanga Sibugay Provincial Intelligence Unit conducted law enforcement operation through service of warrant of arrest at Sitio Sta. Cruz, Barangay Libertad, Tungawan, Zamboanga Sibugay at about 1:00 a.m. of May 17, 2021. The operation resulted in the arrest of Milham Macasasa, 33 years old, male, married, farmer and a resident of Sitio Jupiter, Barangay Bangkerohan, Ipil, Zambo Sibugay. The arrest was made by virtue of warrant of arrest docketed under Criminal Case No. i-8353, i-8354 for the crime of Statutory Rape (2 counts) issued on May 3, 2021 by Hon. Vicente S. Dela Plaza II, Presiding Judge Regional Trial Court, 9th Judicial Region, Branch-36, Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay with no bail bond recommended. He was brought to Tungawan MPS for proper booking and documentation.

₱40,800 Worth of Shabu Seized from 3 Drug Suspects in Sta. Catalina

Station Drug Enforcement Team of Zamboanga City Police Station 11 conducted drug buy-bust operation at Murga Drive, Barangay Sta. Catalina, Zamboanga City at 8:45 p.m. of May 16, 2021. The operation resulted in the arrest of Rizma Albani y Ajarani, 22 years old, female, married, elementary graduate, unemployed, and a resident of Arena Blanco Zamboanga City; Faisal Uttoh y Jainuddin, a.k.a. “Fahad Uttoh y Jainuddin” and a.k.a. “Padding”, 38 years old, male, married, and a resident of Talon-Talon, Zamboanga City; and Rafael Yap Aizon y  Ruste, 50 years old, male, married, college graduate, unemployed, and a resident of Barangay Tugbungan, Zamboanga City. Recovered during the operation were fourteen (14) sachets of suspected Shabu with estimated value of ₱ 40,800.00 weighing 6 grams and three (3) bills of ₱ 100.00 as marked money. Confiscated items were submitted to Zamboanga City Crime Laboratory Office for examination. Suspects are presently under the custody of the said police Station for filing of appropriate charges in court.
