    Accomplishment on Campaign Against Illegal Cockfighting

    Be informed at about 11:18 AM of June 27, 2021, Personnel of Salug Municipal Police Station (MPS) led by PMAJ. ARLAN L DELUMPINES – ACOP together with the Intel operatives of said station conducted implementation on Campaign against Illegal gambling (TARI-TARI) thru Intelligence driven operation at Barangay Poblacion East, Salug, Zamboanga del Norte that resulted to the arrest of one JOSEPH FLORES PADERNA, 55 years old, male, married, Administrative Aide 1 at LGU Salug, and a resident of Poblacion East, Salug, Zamboanga del Norte who caught on the act engaged on illegal gambling (tari-tari), while other bet takers are managed to escape and eluded arrest from the operating team namely; Dindo Belonghelot and Daloydoy Rodriguez both resident of Poblacion East, Salug, Zamboanga del Norte. Confiscated items were one (1) live fighting cock with gaff and Six Hundred Fifty Pesos (₱ 650. 00) bet money. Arrested suspect was brought to Liloy Integrated Health District Hospital for medical examination and subsequently brought to Salug MPS for proper documentation and disposition.

    Report on Apprehension of TOP 10 Most Wanted Person Municipal Level

    Be informed that at about 11:30 AM of June 27, 2021, PNP personnel of Liloy Municipal Police Station (MPS) led by PMAJ. ALEXIS M. BAHUNSUA- ACOP, together with personnel CIDG Zamboanga Del Norte, CIDG Zamboanga Sibugay, CIDG NOR PFU, and CIDG ZCFU, conducted Intel-driven and manhunt operation at Purok Madasigon,  Barangay Bagacay, Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental which resulted to successful arrest of one ADORA COMBISTA Y GONZALES , 50 years old, married, Female, and resident of Purok Madasigon,  Barangay Bagacay, Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental  formerly resident of Barangay Baybay, Liloy, Zamboanga del Norte for the crime of “QUALIFIED THEFT and ESTAFA 15 counts” docketed under criminal case no. L- 001799 to L- 001814 by virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued by HON. OSCAR D. TOMARONG, Judge of RTC Liloy, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 28, Liloy, Zamboanga Del Norte dated December 21, 2021 with NO BAIL recommended and ₱ 134,000.00 respectively.

    Campaign against Illegal Cockfighting (Tari-Tari)

    Be informed that at about 12:40 PM of June 27, 2021, PNP personnel of Liloy Municipal Police Station (MPS) led by PMAJ ALEXIS M BAHUNSUA-ACOP, together with Intelligence Operatives conducted intel driven operation on Anti-illegal gambling at Barangay Comunal, Liloy, Zamboanga Del Norte that resulted to the arrest of the suspects identified as Jessie Zamora Monares, male, Filipino, married, 29 years old, Laborrer, a resident of Barangay Causwagan, Liloy, Zamboanga Del Norte, Non Pantawid nor SAP Beneficiary and Patricio Zalasar Betcher male, 58 years old, married, Carpenter, a resident of Barangay Comunal, Liloy, Zamboanga Del Norte while caught in the act engaging on illegal cockfighting (Tari-tari). Confiscated from the gambling site were: two (2) dead fighting cocks, two (2) gaffs and bet money amounting to ₱ 280.00 in different denominations. The arrested persons were duly apprised on their constitutional rights and the anti-torture law and were brought to Liloy Integrated Health District Hospital for medical examination while confiscated dead fighting cocks are now under the custody of said station for proper disposition.

    Arrest Suspects for Violation of PD 1602 (Illegal Cockfighting)

    Be informed that at about 1:20 PM of June 27, 2021 personnel of Sindangan Municipal Police Station (MPS) led by PCMS John Henrick Ferolino – Intel PNCO together with 1st ZNPMFC, 4TH FOB led by PLT. RONALD C PACTOL conducted law enforcement operation on anti-illegal gambling (illegal cockfighting) at Barangay Labakid, Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte which resulted to the arrest of WILFREDO DOMNEN CABALES, 63 years old, male, married, regular employee of LGU Sindangan and a resident of Barangay Piao, Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte; KARL LIBATO TUATIS, 29 years old, male, single, unemployed and a resident of Barangay Poblacion, Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte, UPIAO BARNAJA LUCIP; 69 years old, male, married, unemployed, and a resident of Barangay Labakid, Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte; CONCORDIO NEMIL ZOZOBRADO, 65 years old, male, married, machine shop owner and a resident of Barangay Piao, Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte; and NORBERTO SANGCAON CABALES, caught in the act engaged in illegal cockfighting.  Recovered from the suspects the following:

    1. Three (3) alive fighting cocks (two wounded);
    2. Two (2) gaffs without scabbard; and
    3. Bet money amounting to ₱ 720.00.

    Suspects were brought to Sindangan District Hospital for medical examination then to Sindangan MPS for filing of appropriate charges to Court.

    Arrest Suspects for Violation of PD 1602 (Illegal Cockfighting)

    Be informed that at about 1:20 PM of June 27, 2021 personnel of Sindangan Municipal Police Station (MPS) led by PCMS John Henrick Ferolino- Intel PNCO with 1st ZNPMFC, 4TH FOB led by PLT. RONALD C. PACTOL conducted law enforcement operation on anti-illegal gambling (illegal cockfighting) at Sitio Gupik, Barangay Balok, Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte which resulted to the arrest of CORNELIO ESTRAVILA PACATANG, 67 years old, male, married, unemployed and a resident of Barangay Misok, Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte; FELIX FEROLINO LISONDRA, 39 years old, male, male, unemployed and a resident of Barangay Balok, Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte, ROBINSON BULADO MAGWATE; 70 years old, male, married, unemployed, and a resident of Barangay Lagag, Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte; JUNREY QUISEL MAURICIO, 41 years old, male, married, MC driver and a resident of Barangay Piao, Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte; and RODGIEMAR VELOS SUICO 36 years old, male, married farmer and a resident of Barangay Misok, Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte, caught in the act engaged in illegal cockfighting.  Confiscated items are the following:

    1. Two (2) alive fighting cocks (wounded);
    2. Two (2) gaffs without scabbard; and
    3. Bet money amounting to ₱ 1,100.00.
    4. Suspects were brought to Sindangan District Hospital for medical examination then to Sindangan MPS for filing of appropriate charges to Court.

    Arrest Suspects for Violation of PD 1602 (Illegal Cockfighting)

    Be informed that at about 4:15 PM of June 27, 2021, personnel of Mutia Municipal Police Station (MPS) led by PCpl. Rodrigo Baylon Jr., Intel PNCO together with PCpl. Tristan Adaza conducted on campaign against Anti-illegal Gambling at Purok 4, Poblacion Mutia, Zamboanga del Norte that successfully arrested one Frorinel Magsayo Catian, 41 years old, single, male, unemployed resident of Poblacion, Mutia, Zamboanga del Norte while others managed to escape fleeing in different direction. Confiscated items are the following: one dead fighting cock both with gaff attached and bet money amounting to One Thousand Twenty Pesos (₱ 1,020.00) in different denominations. Arrested person is now under the custody of Mutia MPS for proper disposition and filing appropriate filing of charges in court.

    Anti-Illegal Gambling Operation Card Games (PYAT-PYAT)

    Be informed that at about 5:30 PM of June 27, 2021, Intelligence Operatives of Pinan MPS composed of PSMS Jonathan Bala Retes together with PSSg Randy Elopre and PSSg. Gerbert Anguit conducted Anti-Illegal Gambling Operation at Purok 1, Barangay Bacuyong, Pinan, Zamboanga del Norte that resulted to the successful arrest of suspects were all caught on the act playing illegal games on cards (PIAT-PIAT) and they were identified all as Divina Dinampo Quevedo, 37 years old, Born on September 14, 1983, married, Jessie Dinampo Jamamaue, 51 years old, Born on Feb 20, 1970, married, and Nilven Zacarias Makintura, 23 years old, Born on Dec 19, 1997, single, all are residents of Purok 1, Barangay Bacuyong, Pinan, Zamboanga del Norte. Confiscated items are the following: 1 set of gambling cards and ₱ 650.00 in different denomination as bet money. The arrested suspects temporarily detained at Mutia Municipal Police Station for proper disposition.

    Accomplishment Report on arrest of Wanted Person

    Be informed at about 6:30 PM of June 27, 2021, personnel of Sergio Osmeña Municipal Police Station (MPS) led by PMAJ ROSELLER BUBURAN-ACOP with PSMS Rhime Mosqueda-warrant server, PSSg. Roger Silem-intel PNCO and Pat Benjie Mosqueda, together with personnel of 901st MC RMFB9 led by PLT. ROLLY VIDAL LACAY were conducted joint Law enforcement operation that resulted to the successful arrest of Meksalym Villanueva Encarnacion, 52 years old (DOB July 9, 1969) Filipino, married, farmer and a resident of Purok Jupiter, Barangay Venus, Sergio, Osmeña, Zamboanga Del Norte for the crime of “Violation to RA 7610 (Anti-Child Abuse Law)” docketed in Criminal case number 24526 dated January 21, 2021 issued by HON. JOSE RENE GALLEMET DONDOYANO-Acting presiding judge 9th Judicial Region, RTC9, Branch 7, Dipolog City with bail bond recommended fixed at ₱ 80, 000.00 for his temporary liberty. Arrested is now under the custody of Sergio Osmeña MPS for proper disposition.

    Anti-Illegal Drugs Operation thru buy bust on TOP 7 Priority Target Drug Watchlist Provincial Level

    Be informed that at about 04:58 PM of June 27, 2020, PDEU of ZNPPO led by PLT. LEO F. SUAN joint with personnel 905th RMFB9 led by PLT. JOEL M. CABALUNA and operatives of Baliguian MPS led by PCAPT. RENE B. SAGAN, conducted buy-bust operation at Barangay Siay, Siocon, Zamboanga del Norte then coordinated with Siocon Municipal Police Station (MPS) and successfully arrested one (1) Ireneo Llanos Saldua Jr. alias “Long-long”, 28 years old, (DOB. July 13, 1992- POB-Barangay Malipot, Siocon, Zamboanga del Norte), male, single, farmer, Pusher, DI Watchlist, High School Level-Siay Integrated School and a resident of Barangay Malipot, Siocon, Zamboanga del Norte. Confiscated items are the following:

    1. One (1) piece small heat sealed plastic transparent sachet containing white crystalline substance believed to be SHABU – (buy-bust item)
    2. Four (4) pieces small heat sealed plastic transparent sachet containing white crystalline substance believed to be SHABU (possession item)
    3. One (1) piece five hundred (₱ 500.00) peso bill with SN CV940 556 – (recovered buy bust money)
    4. Sixty Pesos (₱ 60.00) in different denominations;
    5. One (1) piece empty cut/open heat sealed plastic transparent sachet served as container of Four (4) pieces small heat sealed plastic transparent sachet containing white crystalline substance believed to be shabu. Total estimated weight of confiscated item was 1 gram amounting to ₱ 6,800.00.

    Suspect was brought to Siocon District Hospital for medical and physical examination then conducted to Siocon MPS for documentation and will be brought to Zamboanga del Norte Provincial Laboratory Office (SOCO) for drug testing together with the pieces of drug evidence for chemical examination and weighing while the non-drug evidence was in the custody of the seizing officer.  Suspect is now temporary detained at Siocon MPS Detention Cell for formal filing of complaint for Violation of RA 9165 against them.

    Campaign Against Illegal Cockfighting (Tari-Tari)

    Be informed that on or about 5:30 P.M. of June 27, 2021. PNP personnel of Dipolog City Police Station (CPS) led by PLT. KENT GUDMALIN – Intel, Chief conducted campaign against anti-illegal gambling locally known as “TARI-TARI” at the vacant lot owned by a certain Zamoras situation at South Curvada, Barangay Galas, Dipolog City. Upon arrival at the aforementioned place, in plain view, a group of persons was caught on the act gambling locally known as “TARI-TARI”. However, when the said group of persons noticed the presence of the responding police officers the said group of persons scattered and ran to different direction excepts the three (3) male person identified as one JEFFERSON PARTOSA DURAN, 30 years old, married and a resident of South Curvada, Barangay Galas, Dipolog City; one  OSCAR BOILES RUEDAS, 64 years old, married and a resident of Purok Evergreen, Barangay Sta. Filomena, Dipolog City and one ALBERTO PULARAN RUEDAS, 47 years old, married an a resident of North Curvada, Barangay Galas, Dipolog City. Confiscated item were the following gambling paraphernalia to wit: two (2) heads dead fighting cock with gaff and bet money amounting to Seven Hundred Seventy Pesos (₱ 770.00) of a different denomination. Arrested suspects are now temporarily detained at Dipolog CPS detention cell pending filing appropriate charges in court while the recovered gambling paraphernalia was deposited to this office for court exhibits.

    Hacking Incident

    Be informed that at around 11:10PM of June 27, 2021, Barangay Captain Jimmy Laid of Barangay Lopero, Jose Dalman, Zamboanga del Norte appeared to Jose Dalman Municipal Police Station (MPS) and reported that there was a hacking incident transpired at Barangay Lopero, Jose Dalman, Zamboanga del Norte wherein the victim was already brought to RHU-Jose Dalman, Zamboanga del Norte for immediate medical treatment. Acted on the report personnel of said station proceeded to RHU-Jose Dalman to verify the veracity of said report. Initial investigation conducted disclosed that at around 8:50 PM of same date the victim identified as Juanito Domolop Bitong, 29 years old, married, a resident and a Barangay Tanod, and the suspect his brother Jubasco Domolop Bitong, 27 years old, single, both residents of said place, together with other family members were having a conversation but afterwards resulted to a heated argument between the suspect and victim. The suspect without hesitation hacked the victim using a scythe hitting the nape of the victim causing injury. PNP personnel Jose Dalman MPS are now conducting hot pursuit operation for possible arrest of the suspect.
